  • This kelseys has really taken a fall in service level over the past while. We work down the street and a bunch of us use this as our weekly lunch spot. We just went last week after a couple months of going to a new restauarant, and the service was horrible. Food took forever to get to our table, no refills offered, we had to flag down the manager to get our bill, our table cleared etc. The food isnt bad, its just the service. None of the waitress even act like they want to be there.
