  • Booked through great site Economy Bookings. Great price, great van. The absolute worst customer service experience. Took them two hours to get me (and everyone else) the cars. Spoke with manager who told me this happens everyday during peak hours 3-6. Asked him why he wouldn't add additional staff. He walked away. Would never rent from them again if i arrived during these hours. Horrible service.
