  • Horrible!! We went without AC in the main part of our house over three weeks waiting on these clowns to do something. They said they would send out their top technician, this guy should be labeled the laziest technician. He does nothing but put his gauges on the outside of the house. They drove from Vegas to Havasu three times to tell us a 90° home is normal, and everything is working fine. Their top technician never once looked in the attic for a problem. He never once took the temperature of the air coming out of the vents. He's good at explaining how hot it is outside and how much an air C unit can cool. Somebody needs to explain to him that's why the return is put inside the house. Luckily I have more than one AC unit on my house. His last request was for us to set all of our AC units at 80 and send pictures to him showing him the rest of the house could be cool. After I showed him the temperatures coming out of the AC units that are working was 37°, then showed him the unit that is not working is coming out at 77°, we were being too difficult and he quit. We hired another company to come out, they found the problem and 10 minutes. They replace the TX valve, and two hours later my house was cool.. Don't allow your insurance company to hire these people. There's a reason they only take insurance jobs, because they would never survive in the real world.
