  • I have used their service a few times. They have never once been on time but when I hired them to do a move out clean on a rental that I was getting rid of (meaning it needed to be cleaned the day I hired them for) We had them scheduled for 1 pm on a Sat. On Friday my wife got a call from them asking if instead of 4 hours they could do two hours but they would send another person also asking if they could move the appt to 7 am. What really gets me angry is we pay for them to show and do their jobs. Not only did my wife have to get up early and drive across town on her only day off, they no showed us and did not bother to return a call or email. This is the most unprofessional company I have come across in Vegas. They do a decent job when they show but not once have they been on time and now this. They have lost my business for good.
