  • This was the worst property management company I have dealt with. We rented a property from them in Vegas. After we moved out, they charged us for things that we already broken before we moved in. Moreover, it was well documented in their before and after videos. When I called them, they said they wont listen to me - I need to fax or snail mail them. They would not accept any emails or scanned documents. They suck. I sent them fax and mail. Both were ignored. Basically, if you rent from them you'll just need to make sure you can kiss your depost goodbye. Whenever I visited them - the guy who worked there were very cold and harsh. They treated you like sh*t. They have no idea what customer service is about. They just deserve to cease to exist.
