Let me say I come to Brio especially because of their super delicious tomato bisque I can't get enough of! My only wish is that they served it more often during the week and on weekends, and not only on Tuesdays, a weekday when I rarely go because it's about 40 minutes from where I live and weekdays are always super busy. I also love their beef carpaccio, it's amazing and a must-have. It's all I ever eat (plus the soup) when we go there. Service may be slower sometimes but we keep entertained and fed with their great bread. Brio is one of my faves but please make the tomato bisque available more often!
