  • Since moving back to Charlotte, I have relied on the folks at Valvoline on Randolph Road to keep our cars running smoothly. Again today, Taylor Galloway (Location Manager) and Bobby Johnson (Area Supervisor) have proven that my faith in this location is solid. We have Hondas, Volkswagens, and Jeeps which enjoy top-notch service, accurate quotes with no add-ons, and reliable timelines, all the while as we realize a very pleasant customer experience. I have never had a major issue arise from their service, ranging from state inspections to oil changes to A/C repair. Even the one minor issue that arose was quickly handled in a manner which exceeded my expectations. No complaints from me. It is not often that automobile mechanic work is a walk in the park, but so far, we are happy to share our positive experience. Take the time to find these folks. If your experience is remotely close to ours, you will not be disappointed. We will continue to work with this team and appreciate all of their efforts on our behalf.
