  • In my opinion, V's -- at Arcadia -- is the best barbershop in the Phoenix area. Usually, appointments are preferred by the barbers. However, they accept walk-ins -- with minimal wait times. A regular haircut is $21.00. V's also has kids and senior prices, at $15 and $17, respectively. I enjoy reading the biography of each barber; makes things a bit more interesting. Also, the hot towels and quick massages are nice.
