  • This review is way past due. I never write reviews. I just purchased my house 3 months old to me...but it is a typical 1950s Phoenix home with carport and separate laundry room and water heater. Needless to say, I thought I had a slab leak. I called both my home warranty and home insurance...INSURANCE companies suck by the way...but thank god for Stephanie and Brian and their patience...turns out the water heater was leaking...a NO BRAINER to replace...right?...well it was a debacle b/c my HOME WARRANTY insurance sucks and gave me and the plumbers the run around...4 hours later which should of simply of taken at most 2 hours. The insurance company finally agreed to Robins price. The home warranty wanted Robins to pick up a water heater that they would pay for and to install...what a joke...when Robins had one available on the truck...Thank you Brian for your patience and sticking around for the insurance approval...and for your excellent service!
