First I was told by Sears that it would be a $69 trip charge to check out a window unit on Dec. 16, 2015.The repair man called and told me that you just need to give it time to heat up nothing wrong with it. Its an apartment unit that I own.They billed my credit card $129.99. No work was done at that time.
I again had them go out to a different unit in the same 4 plex and the same thing happened. The tenant didn't give it enough time. This time they billed my credit card $166. I knew about it this time and the repair man said there was no cheaper billing options he had even though he had not done any work on the unit.
When I called to complain I was told again that there was a $69 trip charge and they didn't have a clue as to why I was billed $129.99 and $166 for trip charges and no work done. I was transfer 4 times to different people and phone numbers with nobody able to help me. The last call was to 800-326-1459 which told me if I was complaining to follow the instructions on the back of the bill. The back of the bill is blank.
THIS IS ALL TRUE
My last call was the my credit card to dispute both bills.
I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A SEARS STORE AGAIN
