  • The guy at the counter completely took advantage of me, so I guess I know where the name comes from. He told me the car to rent would be $100 for one day to rent a compact and I told him the internet states a much lower rate for a full size , he went down to $78 and said he's giving me the AAA discount and it automatically comes with liability insurance as part of the package. I told him i didn't want that because I have rental insurance thru the CC and then he said that it wold be $100 if I didnt. I was in a bind and my previous reservation that was made 4 hours past was not showing in their system for a full size car and they told me I would have to wait at the airport for another 2 hours. I'm not sure this is even possible but this has by far been the worst experience ever. I feel as if I've been scammed and taken advantage of. I will never use this company again.
