  • This review will be an overall experience I have had at this office for the past year. Mind you, I have never, EVER, had a positive time at a dentist. I will try to break this down into different categories so you may understand the different levels of care these professionals use. Receptionist- This is where your first impression is made, and they sure know how to take care of patients. I first came into this office with a cracked tooth, as they were closing. Robin took the lead in my care, ensuring I would be seen within 24 hours. She made sure my insurance would cover me, and make sure I was happy before leaving with my appointment. They are fully informed with insurance needs, and go over everything necessary so you don't get blind sided with charges. Techs- The ladies that I have worked with are Summer, and Heather. Both of these ladies took the time to get to know me, and my anxiety issues with the dentist. They ensure I'm comfortable, and take precautions as needed if I ever have a problem. They make you feel like family in that office, and I always enjoy coming back. They ensure the job is done, and make sure you get the best care you can. Docs- Doctor Randy and Travis Cullimore are strictly professionals. They both make you feel engaged in your treatment plan. I have had Dr. Randy more, and he really makes me feel comfortable. During any operation, he explains what will be happening and why. Overall- Sorry for the long review, but this place deserves the best! If you need to find a dentist that will work with you regardless of insurance, leave you smiling, and make you feel like a family... not a customer, this is the place for you. I will continue returning to this office, and I'm so glad I chose the Cullimore Family Dentistry.
