Wonderful community. The trainers are knowledgeable and give you individual attention when it comes to form and safety, as well as the push to work hard and lift heavy. The staff remember your name and acquainting yourselves with the other members is easy with quick (and not awkward) ice breakers at the beginning of workouts. Seriously, I've been to many a crossfit box, this one is by far my favorite in the valley.
I have not once felt judged, regardless of my sometimes (too often really) patchy attendance record, and have only been welcomed back with positive encouragement. Everyone there is trying to better themselves, so it's always a refreshingly positive atmosphere to go to after a long day at work.
Also, really reasonable pricing options! Crossfit is expensive and I was drawn to Copperhead initially due to price for their 3/week classes, and their location is right off the freeway so it's easily accessible from pretty much anywhere.
I am moving out of state, but it will be hard to find a box that holds a flame to this place. Cheers to a box well done, Copperhead!
