Every time I call this office there is a ridiculous hold time. The automated system asks if you want to leave a message for someone to call you back - if you press that option it then says the voicemail is full and there is an error and you get disconnected. If you stay on hold long (choose to continue staying on the line to talk to someone), you eventually get thrown to a voicemail that once again cannot accept messages. When you choose another option to speak to someone at one of the other clinics it connects you with an automatic voicemail that guess what...is full - has an error and disconnects you. This is my first impression of their customer service. It makes me leary of every going to an appointment. I think I will look elsewhere.
