  • Ordered the TEXAS TRINITY ($20) w brisket, ribs, sausage; 2 sides. The ribs are excellent, same goes for the brisket; a sense of pride and commitment resonates from the operation (partially cuz it's new! Not burnt out of the grind yet!), being open only 11-2 will help keep it fresh (mon-fri), we got there right @ 11 to avoid possible lines, it was an easy experience. Only wish; better side options (they have beans, potato salad and something else...). Mac N Cheese would be amazing, corn.... A very good experience, nice setting, it's not a handy location unless you drive or for some reason live in that area. Would definitely return a couple of times a year. *Should add; industrial area; horrible parking options, be cautious they can ticket/tow on the street.
