  • I called the service department about a recall on my car. While the woman who took my call was helpful, during the call she yelled "NO! What are you, retarded?!" She apologized and clarified that the statement was not being directed at me. Regardless if she was talking to me, another custom or coworker I found this comment to be extremely inappropriate and offensive.
