  • Was there on Boxing Day at the South location. Great customer service from Andy! Called a few days later to let the manager know how awesome he was but it took 15 minutes to get through to a live person. Come on Sears! You can do better! This store has a good lay out in a nicer building and seems better taken care of than other Calgary locations but it could be the natural lighting is playing a part too.
