  • I've been coming to Advanced Auto for over a year and do routine oil changes here for both of my cars. Mike has always been polite, courteous, and just an all-around stand up guy from the first time I came in. He always asks how you're doing and what plans you have for the week/weekend. The service is always top notch and he lets you know if/when you need to do any additional repairs, but is NEVER pushy! This is why they've had my business for over a year and will continue to do so. FYI, This has been recently converted into a Pep Boys as Advanced Auto Service was bought out by them. Hopefully they keep the same honest staff and mechanics without making too many changes. I hope that they stay true to who they are and continue to serve the community of North Phoenix with integrity, positivity, delight, and satisfaction.
