  • We used Naturally Clean about 7 times between late 2014-early 2016. The quality of work was inconsistent--sometimes AMAZING, other times pretty underwhelming. I do not recommend this business due to ongoing problems with leaving doors unlocked and allowing dog access to the areas we made clear were off limits. Despite confirmation in writing that the dog was not to be allowed in the basement, the cleaners locked him in basement before leaving. The owners first lied about what happened, then told the truth but explained that it was not their job to care for our dog--despite agreeing in advance. When allowing strangers into my home when we are not there, I have to be able to trust them to respect my wishes, or notify me if they are unwilling or unable, instead of doing the exact opposite of what was agreed upon.
