  • Had a good experience purchasing my vehicle back in October, Sandy the salesman my wife and I worked with was very nice and had a good knowledge about all the cars my wife and I test drove. He even stayed a little passed his working hours to help out get the exact car we were looking for. Even when I had to take my car in to have a remote start put in they lent out a car for me to drive around while it was getting worked on. The issues we encountered however was that we had purchased a Remote Start to be installed and an extra Key Fob but nearly a month had gone and we hadn't heard from the dealership for a time to get these items or have them installed. We had to call them up to get it scheduled as the paperwork had been mishandled at some point. After getting the remote start installed I only received one remote start transmitter instead of two as the place that installed it could not get the 2nd one to work. I was told someone would call me to get the 2nd one set up with the car. However no one ever did and I had to call Kia Hendrick, luckily Karei was understanding of the situation and got me in-contact with the place that installed it and we were able to get it sorted out. I also had an issue with getting my VSA agreement canceled, I had to call multiple times to figure out exactly how to get it canceled and finally got in-contact with financial to get it sorted out. Overall, the buying experience was good, but having to call multiple times for multiple things was not ideal but at least I was able to get it sorted out.
