Buffet is only good when staff is organized and not flustered with how busy it may get or what food needs to be replaced. A lot of times I've found myself waiting for food and very little is brought out to replace what is out. Sometimes the staff doesn't notice right away when something is gone so be sure to help them out and let them know. I recommend the chicken tikka masala with white rice and naan bread. They have a good variety.
Dinner time is a better experience since you get more one on one interaction. Larger groups are treated even better and may receive a complimentary dish as an appetizer. Same if you are a regular. They pay attention and take note of what you like. If you have someone struggling to take the heat they may also bring out a complimentary drink to help. It is a very nice and tasty place.
