  • Just checked in today. AC unit was not working, I called front desk and was advised maintenance tech was going to come over. Less then 10 min, Christian showed up, very friendly and professional worker. Ac unit died, they moved us to different room, very satisfied on how they handled the situation. Will be returning very nice room and service
