I am currently in the middle of the worst customer experience I have ever had with any company. Back on 8/31/2017 I purchased two loveseats, three desks and two end tables from them. Almost three weeks later, I get my delivery -- with one love seat with a rip in it and one desk with a large hole in it. I was reassured that the loveseat would be repaired and the desk would be replaced. Now it is October and I'm still waiting on the loveseat repair (hopefully next Tuesday). AND I had to wait for another week for the desk only to hear that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. On Tuesday I hear that it wasn't on the truck and it will be delivered on Thursday. TODAY I hear that it wasn't on Thursday's truck either (even though I called and was told it would be delivered from 3:30-7:30pm and it WAS on the truck). Earlier before this fiasco I had asked the manager for my money back since it was their fault that I did not receive my desk because it was damaged. He said all sales were final and he would not refund my money. I will NEVER buy from this company again.
