  • What a headache this company has been. I never write reviews but this is worth it. Their communication is horrible, horrible, horrible. They do not answer the phone for maintenance problems, no no no... The only live people you can talk to are leasing agents! Have a clogged sink and can't use your kitchen? Go online and fill out a request. Well our requests have literally been sitting unanswered for 3 months. Ridiculous. If you are a renter steer clear of them - and if you are a homeowner please don't let them manage your property unless you want renters tracking you down so they can get repairs taken care of! Boooooo!!!!
