This place was a huge let down. We payed 4 star prices for a 2 star experience. The room was outdated and dingy. You could hear noise from other rooms and from the surrounding business all night long, and there were very few amenities . After spending 35 dollars on room service I was charged 50. It took over a month to get any response back from Omni customer service (I emailed and left several voice messages). They finally refunded my money, but were very unapologetic about the entire ordeal. Needless to say, we will not be staying there ever again.
