| - We have 2 issues with rogers.
1. We payed $400 towards the t.v bill, they took our money but didn't consider it payed. We gave them the bank statement for proof that they took out our money; however its been 3 months and we still haven't got our money back, or put towards our bill. Even though there has been multiple emails and phone calls back and fourth. Today I will be sending another one. (they basically stole from us).
2. Most current - Our Wi-Fi cut out. I called to have it fixed. I was transferred about 5 times, because no one wanted to actually deal with the problem. I was hung up on once, I called back and was transferred to a number where no one picked up and the line ended, so I had to call back, then I got on the phone with a man who said my balance was $900 when the previous person I spoke to said it was $0.00. He didn't want to help me because I wasn't the main account holder (he's allowed to help me, I've been helped in the passed - he didn't want to do his job). So I had to hang up, I called again and I spoke with a gentleman from the telephone department who gave me 2 gb of free data for 2 months which is helpful for the time being but my wifi was still not fixed. I called again and spoke with someone who FINALLY wanted to do their job. Her name is Emily from Tech Support in Toronto; however, the depth that she was helping me she said she isn't supposed to be doing that. (Which makes me think that rogers doesn't even want their employees to put effort into helping us). But she did so I am thankful. She transferred me to a nice Lady named Judy, who she spoke to before transferring me and actually COMMUNICATED unlike the other callers. Judy turned my Wifi back on in like 5 minutes. And gave me a better email to contact rogers at to get our $400 back; however we still don't have it back, so we will see where this goes.
Terrible service for such a huge company, I was trying to get help from 12pm to 3 pm, and I have a crying baby to take care of.
Very inconvenient, customer service should be number one. If you didn't have customers you wouldn't have a business at all. We will not be going with rogers when our contract expires. I hope everyone stays away as well.
Also, I did not capitalize the first letter in "rogers" because the capitalization shows the importance of the word used, as in a name, company or title, and this company does not show any importance to me anymore.
Im sure that the C.E.O and owner(s) of this company are filthy rich, and take advantage of paying customers. Clearly.
