rev:text	First impression is everything and being in customer service I'm very familiar w/ this. When I first met Brandon he was more than prepared. While price shopping we had 4 pool builders and landscapers that came by. We told them all the look that we wanted. The sketches submitted were all very amateur. It did NOT make me feel comfortable paying $20K for the project. Then..... came Brandon. He gave us hope that our dream pool would be possible! He came to us w/ so much confidence. He was knowledgeable and just blew everyone else's away. I'm talking huge LAMINATED computer-generated 3-D images that took the designs we gave him to another level entirely. He even included pictures and descriptions of plants, trees and an in-depth layout of the pool and how it would fit in our backyard w/ the new landscape. Brandon was very fair on price as well. Upon completing the agreement, work began within a few days. He has a few packages and never tried to upsell. He's a straight shooter who explained each and we made our decision. His crew was INCREDIBLE...working from 7am until 8pm for 14 days. It was amazing to see the project come to life. It wasn't just the craftsmanship, but the artistry that the team had. There were a few modifications along the way such as a SPA that was a bit smaller than the built-in enclosure was. Modifications are expected, but it's the execution of the modifications that truly matters. It was not a big deal when the whole spa issue happened. They spent a couple of days adjusting it and it didn't cost extra either! The only comment I received from them regarding the spa was "We'll get this taken care of, we want you to be happy." The final budget came out to be being 45,000. But it was well worth it! I can't say enough about how positive this experience was. Our yard is gorgeous and way better than we'd ever imagined. Plus, it was so easy to work with Brandon and his crew. He even got us approved for financing. Will be giving him referrals anytime I can.
