  • S&M did a great job getting rid of our car's scratches (one of them very deep), and our car looks brand new again! Alondra (spelling?) at the office was very helpful and compassionate. She even arranged a courtesy shuttle for us to the nearby car rental office. Everyone in this shop was friendly. Free water and other beverages in the waiting area was a nice touch. The only problem we encountered was their credit card machine did not work. We had to stop at our bank to get cash. Just a small inconvenience but not a deal breaker for us.
