  • At first when the girls came to the home I was very happy, they appeared to be doing a great job. I had to leave much before they did and had my assistant handle everything at the end. When I returned home, I found that they had not dusted, not mopped, and just "tidied up". I called to express my concern and left a very long detailed message to Brenda about how unhappy I was with the service. I had even left each of the ladies a very nice tip on top of what was paid for the cleaning. The girls were all very nice, which I did explain, but the cleaning was terrible. I know for a fact they didn't mop- as things in the kitchen and bathroom that were easily wiped up with a damp rag came up for me, and the juice that had spilled and was splattered near my kitchen table was still there. Dust was still on all of our electronic equipment and speakers that are on the walls and they didn't even bother to take out any trash. As I was cleaning and picking up after their terrible job- I found a small wooden chip from something. I could not place where the wood corner came from, I checked all over my home, until TODAY. It is the back my dogs urn that his ashes are in. They moved it and dropped it BROKE IT and didn't tell me and put it back. No one touches this- it is up high on a shelf. I pulled it down today to clean under it and found the missing piece and knew exactly what had happened. I then called Brenda again today and she got mad at me! Saying she never got my message, yelled at me before I could even tell her how they broke something so important. This company is terrible. If Brenda would like to write something back, go for it...my calls are recorded. She screamed at me and hung up on me before I could say anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
