  • First off I would like to say that the office staff is great Ryan and Rachel are life savers and personable with everything. We had a rough move in sense the apartment was rushed but they helped us along the way making sure we got compensation off first months rent. We are understandable people and not everything happens as planned. We have had various minor work orders which have been completed in a timely manner! This is the second time I have lived here and depending on our situation come lease end we will possibly renew (trying to get something bigger than two bedrooms unfortunately they only offer 2 BRs) if you are looking for an affordable centrally located apartment in Tempe look no further!
