  • Love the return policies ... I purchased an external hard drive a year and a half ago. I couldn't remember but I was pretty sure i got it at Costco. So I went there and told them it no longer worked and I needed them to see if I bought it there. They looked it up and told me the date I purchased it and then gave me cash-back - including tax. Absolutely no hassle other than asking me what was wrong with it. Costco is not prefect by any means, but very few places are. The return policy gives me no doubt that many things are better purchased here since there is built-in buyer protection.
