  • This Company is a joke. My husband and I drove to Mesa to check out HG Cabinets Direct showroom, if you could call it a showroom. It's hard to tell that it is a business let alone a showroom for customers. We should have turned around and walked out rather than venturing inside to speak with the Office Manager, Johnathon. We told him that we were interested in a kitchen remodel. He said he'd give my request to Nathan who would come to our home and give us an estimate. After calling the wrong telephone number a number of times, Nathan finally did contact us. He arrived at our home and said he was going on vacation for two weeks and would be back on March 27th. In the meantime, he spent almost two hours at our home measuring and preparing a design. He said he'd email the drawing and an estimate before he left for vacation. We never received anything from Nathan. After Nathan returned from vacation, I called HG Cabinets Direct and no one answered the telephone. I left a message asking for someone to contact us in response to our appointment with Nathan. It is now three weeks since Nathan returned from vacation and weeks since we left our voice message at the business. No response period! Beware of this Company!!!
