  • The quality of their product used to be good, but now you can do better from the distress counter in the produce department of any big grocery store. Maybe that is where they are doing the buying. Maybe they switched buyers. Quality is sometimes unforgivably poor. Sure, they have a money back guarantee, but they abuse this by using the customer as their Quality Control department. At these prices they should be able to get it right first time, every time.
