  • Outstanding experience - from beginning to end. I was running a few minutes behind and when I called to let the salon know, they offered me a new appointment time 15 mins later from the original time - so helpful. When I arrived, I was greeted by sweet ladies at the front desk who offered me coffee or tea! This salon is warm, welcoming and beautiful. Jocelyn was my stylist and did an amazing job! She turned my drab brown into sun kissed natural highlights - exactly what I wanted. She asked me questions throughout the process to ensure she was creating the look I was after. I can tell she truly enjoys her work - she is an artist! I enjoyed our conversation and felt like I had known her for years. While this was the first time I had services at Cloud Nine, it certainly won't be the last!!
