My cousins took my wife and I to the haunted museum. Because she secretly knows I like strange and weird things. And also because I'm a true believer of spirits and supernatural stuff.
We watch ghost adventures the show on the travel channel but never knew this place was actually in Vegas. Yay us !
When we arrived there already was a group gearing up to go in. So our wait time was about twenty minutes till we went in to purchase our tickets. Once we purchase our tickets we were told to put our phone on silent and throw any bottles/ drinks away. The waiting area was cool and dimly lit. When we met our tour guide Cheryl I was a little taken back by her demeanor lol she should work at like Disneyland or some place else. My cousin promised it would be scary and I looked forward to being spooked out and Cheryl gave it a side show appeal , our group had almost awkward silence moments to most of her punch lines that appeared to be in humor. In some instances she was weird and loud when I felt she should of been serious or pretend to be fearful. Needless to say I was not spooked at all. I wanted to take this place seriously but it was almost comedy.
On numerous occasions our tour guide would say "because it's weird you know Zak had to get it." Or "I never felt anything while working here but the other girls have!" Oh and my favorite line she said " even though it may not be spooky its definitely weird and you know Zak had to have it"
But on a side note beside it all I am super afraid of clowns, there is a room build like a fun house that has clowns lots and lots of clowns and I just about had a heart attack. That room was enough to give me nightmares , for get all the rest of the so called haunted artifacts like the devils mirror, and the dibet box ( hope I didn't spell that wrong). I mean they show you an opening to the basement saying it haunted but you can't go down there but trust me it's haunted. They show you a funeral room and claim the skeletons are real but look super plastic and fake. This was a gifted experience and even got a locals discount. Based off our tour guide making it out to be a joke I think my cousin paid to much. It just wasn't worth the time or the money.
