For the third time, I have been "removed from APP [automatic payment plan]" after months of if working fine.
All my other utilities come out this way and I've never had issues with them.
Due to my work schedule I have virtually no "business-hours" friendly free time during the day so it is stupidly difficult to take care of since they make me call, somehow find a way to blame me for it, and this time they are trying to charge me over $200 for a $30 gas bill. I would rather live without gas than let myself be gouged like that.
Really wish I had another company to choose from because this is such unnecessary stress.
