  • Trash. Trash. Trash. Horrible. My acrylic gel set looked as if it was 2 weeks old the first day. The acrylic nail itself was not positioned correctly on my nail. The nail was chipped and cracked and when I showed the owner he said it's not bad but it's not perfect. No ownership of mistakes. Also the manager stated I asked for money back yet I have spent $100 at this store and solely requested that they redo my nails. They are argumentative and have ZERO customer service. I was speaking through text message with the manager and after posting this review he began to threaten to speak to yelp to have my review removed because of course he realizes he is in the wrong. If you want a place that does mediocre work with mediocre attitudes and mediocre ownership this is the place to be. This manager continues to update his responses to cover his behind because he is in the wrong. This review will not be ignored , people are free to think and feel however they want and the true issue was I did indeed pay for an acrylic nail set and pictures attached are all from the first day of the set. There was No wear and tear of 1-2 weeks on these nails these are the nails I left this shop paying for. Regardless of he say she say this place is unprofessional and I hope it makes you think twice about going to this nail salon. I personally would recommend Diamond Nail spa or Miki nail bar
