  • I wish I could do zero star in order to leave this review. We got into our assigned Hyndai Genesis.. It was dirty inside on the seats, the floor, and the dash board. The car also smell a little bit like smoke. We then took the car back since we paid more for upgrade from a a Full Size to this Luxury Genesis, we didn't want to be stuck with a dirty car. Took 20 mins to wait in the Fastbreak line and hen another 30 mins for them to look for another car.. At the end they could only offer to take the Genesis back to clean it since the other new Genesis that they wanted to offer us also smell like cigarets. We didn't want to wait another 20 min for them to clean the car so we had to downgrade to our original Full Size Toyota Camry. However, this car is a bit dirty inside too just not as bad as the Genesis.. But the oil change sticker on this Camry says 10,772 miles and the car is currently at 12,351.. Didn't notice til we left he lot and we had already spent well over an hour at this place so we didn't bother to bring it back. This experience really tells me not to ever rent from Budget ever again. Car dirty and maintenance of the car is not up to date.
