  • I didn't read any of the reviews. I just purchased my fourth vehicle from Auto Nation. My sales person Michelle Caldwell was awesome she let me look for the truck that I wanted answered all of my questions and never pressured me to make a snap decision. Our negotiations for trade in and final price was straight forward and more than fair. Matt in finance was direct to the point no nonsense kind of guy. Our deal process went well past closing and both Matt and Michelle stayed to close the deal with us. They are tops in my book. It was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a new car or truck. Update I am changing my review to a one star. If I could do lower than that I would. Less than two weeks after having my oil changed by the less than stellar service department my engine has a knock in it. So frustrated.
