  • I have been going here since it opened and it has seriously gone down hill. Management is indifferent whereas they used to be pretty good. Many of the tvs on the treadmills and elipticals don't work and when they do, there is only 7 or 8 channels; rabbit ears would be better. Pool and sauna are closed on a regular basis. My mother in law; 68 years old visited with intent to join and she found the staff "arrogant." She joined Mountainside instead.
