| - Was super happy with my purchase here 1 year ago (Mike with the beard was awesome), but now that the Bluetooth failed in the car, they've told me to pound sand.
I was told that it was likely my fault because "it's only designed for phone calls, not music."
...what..?
Phone calls don't work anymore either! I told them that and they just shrugged.
All my other BT devices work with my phone, but my $26K car doesn't, and they don't want to honor the warranty.
Thanks, Earnhardt. I was really happy with you and getting ready to buy another vehicle, but I'm OUT!
UPDATE*
I pulled out of the service dept and the issue returned. Upset because the tech had said there wasn't a problem, I threw a U-Turn and returned. I got Randy to listen, and he heard it happening, but they're still not going to do anything. He reset my phone and it worked for a min, then, within I've minute of leaving again, it started screwing up again.
Beyond Frustrated.
