  • Boyfriend had ordered me flowers from here and had to tell me about the surprise because I was about to leave work because of flowers not being sent. I then waited untill 5:45 and currently still waiting for these flowers to be delivered. It is our first Valentine's day, ruined by not delivering or even giving an update. Mind the fact my boyfriend made a call earlier in the morning and the person who picked up was very rude and said flowers will be delivered on time. They have turned the phones off and with a full mailbox. They have terrible customer service and I would never recommend this store to anyone. Worst place to order flowers!
