I recently visited Buff N File Nail Spa this past Saturday with two other girlfriends. We walked in and were greeted. We let the lady at the front desk know our appointment time and we signed in. We then picked out our pedicure color and waited for a station to open. I was called over to the chair first, my water was room temperature and not relaxing what so ever. The man that was going to do my toes asked me to sit down. He began giving me a pedicure and asked me if I wanted to clip my toenails and I said no because they were already short. He then looked at the lady sitting next to me and said "You get what you ask for here." And started laughing. I didn't understand the comment but I just ignored it and continued scrolling through my phone. He then started massaging my legs and the massage was nice but not the knuckle cracking he was doing against my legs. Not only is that weird but it's unprofessional. I don't need you to relieve your joints against my legs while I'm trying to enjoy a pedicure. After that everything went downhill. He started painting my toes and when he was finished he asked if I liked them. I glanced at the color and said "yes" because I was in the middle of a conversation with my friends. I then took a closer look and I was surprised at how messed up my nail shape and paint job was. My nails were uneven and the paint was still on my skin. He did not clean up the paint around where my nail meets my skin. I asked him to straighten out my index toenail and he said "it looks straight to me, I don't know what you are talking about." He goes and grabs a nail file and smacks the nail file on the chair I was sitting on a murmurs something in his language. He started filing down on the part that was the shortest and started to then file into the skin underneath my toenail. I pulled my foot away from the irritating pain and told him I would fix it at my house. He then says "you are going to ruin my work if you fix it, my beautiful work." I started laughing because of how insane this man was speaking to me. He put on the sandals that are provided and held out his hand for my debit card. Why he needed to walk MY debit card to the front is beyond me? He then yelled at me while I walked to the front because I'm obviously incapable of walking without ruining my toenails. If you don't want me to move then don't ask for my debit card. We then meet each other at the front and he charges me for the service I requested and I made sure to not tip him. I don't need to reward cheap customer service from a grown man. If you do decide to come to this location then avoid the man that wears a Buddha necklace made out of ivory. I will not be returning here because this man thought he could treat me however he wanted. You picked the wrong girl, sir. I won't be returning.
