  • I am not happy with my experience here so far. Sadly I am only six of months into a year lease. It's gonna be a long year...sigh. Where to start? How about temperatures consistently in the 80's for three weeks and they still won't turn on on the chiller system. My apartment ( that has blackout curtains) has been 80+ degrees. Butter melted on my countertop. WTF. And when I questioned the office staff about it, and voiced my opinion about how ridiculous it was to not have turned it on ( which my old place did the day after it hit 82 degrees) I was met with massive hostility. Tangible hostility. You could literally see the transformation into ice cold b#$ch. Maybe that's why they didn't fix the problem in my kitchen. Yeah, still waiting on that. Save yourself. Don't rent from this hell hole. It's too expensive for the crap you have to put up with.
