  • Caffe Boa is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Tempe. It's a shame I've never really had great, attentive service here, because otherwise, I think I might've given this review 5 stars. Besides the mediocre service, I love the vibe given off by the decor and the menu is very unique and delicious. I had the Maccaroncello (braised rabbit) once, and it was outstanding! I've never had such a complex and amazing pasta dish before. My favorite reason to go here is with a small group of friends/couples. The ambiance encourages fun and engaging conversations.
