  • I love this store. I always find something - even when I don't plan to. I was reading some of the other reviews and I have to counter. Here we go..... They get new deliveries Monday-Friday. You want a better selection- don't go on a Sunday night. And it's rare that I have to stand in line for very long - but I usually don't go at peak times. Weekends are going to need a little patience; however, most stores are busy at checkout when there several people shopping. And let's talk about cleanliness... I have been coming to this location since it opened. It is one of the cleanest Ross Stores I've been to. The messiest/dirtiest times? When the customers let clothes fall on the floor, try on shoes and don't put them back or are just generally disrespectful. It seems to be the worst on the weekends. I have found most of the staff to be polite and fast and if you just take a second to smile and say something nice, they really appreciate it. I am a Ross shopper and out of all the stores I have been to, this one is my fave. "I got it at Ross!"
