  • My first visit took over 3 hours! I was 10 minutes early for my appointment but my stylist was 30 minutes late getting to me? No one walked over to explain she was late? I guess I could of walked over to the young lady at the counter but she did see me looking at her a few times! Their website says: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will not be able to provide the scheduled service; we will need to reschedule your appointment and the appointment is considered a last-minute cancellation.?? She apologized for being late - but I felt like my whole afternoon was messed up. My service didn't even include a hair cut? Strange? Full highlight service without a trim? ODD! I left happy with my highlight but now I'll need to get a trim?
