  • just when I thought progress couldn't get any worse!!! After living in the same house for 3 years never being late on rent we received a letter saying our rent was increasing by $300 a month!! When I called literally 9x with no return calls I got a call a back from a lady named CHRIS. What a miserable rude b*tch! She said "We aren't in the customer service business and not here to please to you, call other management companies, that's the going rate on rent increases" funny 4 houses on the same street were for rent lower than what I was paying originally. then finally they offered me a rate only a little higher and we agreed. 15 days go by with me calling every single day trying to get the lease papers to sign with no luck. Then I get a call that they are no longer honoring that deal it was a mistake!! Worst company ever and Haven homes was much better! I pray this house sits on the market forever
