My husband and I did our research, had a budget and knew what we were buying. After visiting two other dealerships and experiencing TERRIBLE customer treatment (I refuse to call that service) we walked into Gateway. What an absolutely awesome experience this was. Our salesperson, Sarah was patient, friendly and so not pushy while she showed us all of the options available at their location. The finance guy was great as well. He did the spiel that of course he has to do, it is his job. However he was also not pushy and did his job with personality and expedience. I am mid forties so I have purchased a few cars and this was the best car purchase ever! Other sales teams should go take note.
