  • OMG..... DO NOT EVER RENT FROM FIREFLY!!! Especially from the Las Vegas Location! I am in the process of hiring a lawyer because I was threatened by an employee named Taj and he physically came from behind the counter and tried to attack me. He charged at me and got in my face and tried to knock my phone out of my hand. He put his hands in my face as the other employees were trying to hold him back. I had to call the police to file a police report. I am in fear for my life at this point because the employee Taj told me, " Don't forget that I have all of your personal information". The location manager George allowed him to taunt me. While I was waiting for the police to arrive they allowed Taj to sit at the counter while he and other employees laughed and joked. I had to wait 3.5 hours for a tow truck to come for a flat tire. I finally get another car and as I am driving the maintenance message pops up and it is the tire again in a completely different car. I am so disappointed at the level of customer service that I have received. They will be hearing from my attorney on this issue because I was assaulted by their employee.
